bothook (“we”, “us”) provides a managed onboarding and runtime experience for the OpenClaw assistant inside chat apps (e.g., WhatsApp). By using bothook, you agree to these terms.

1) What we provide

• A website flow to start pairing, show QR codes, and display basic status/billing.
• Subscription billing for plans such as Standard and PRO.
• For PRO, a server-side LLM gateway with usage caps.

2) Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly).
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.

3) Expiration and service stop

• If you do not renew, the bot will stop after the subscription expires.
• No additional action is required from you to “clean up”.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send spam, scams, or unsolicited mass messages.
• Attempt to bypass human verification, rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
• Probe, attack, or disrupt our infrastructure or third-party providers.
• Use the service for illegal activities.

5) Abuse prevention

We may apply human verification (e.g., Turnstile), rate limits, session timeouts, and automated reclamation of unpaid sessions to protect operating costs and availability.

6) Third-party services

bothook integrates with third-party services (chat platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI providers). Their terms may also apply.

7) Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do our best to keep it reliable, but interruptions and changes may occur.
