English version governs in case of conflict.
We aim to collect the minimum data needed to operate bothook, prevent abuse, and provide support.
1) Data we collect
- Operational logs related to provisioning/pairing status (timestamps, high-level events).
- Support tickets you submit via the support form (name/email if provided, message, user-agent, IP).
- Billing metadata required to manage subscriptions (e.g., customer/subscription identifiers from the payment provider).
- Usage counters for PRO LLM gateway (monthly token/cost counters). We use counters for quota enforcement.
2) What we do not aim to collect
- We do not require a signup account to start.
- We do not store full payment card numbers (handled by the payment provider).
- For PRO, we do not ask you to provide an OpenAI API key.
3) How we use data
- To provide and maintain the service.
- To prevent abuse (human verification, rate limiting, fraud detection).
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To troubleshoot issues and improve reliability.
4) Sharing
We may share necessary data with service providers used to run bothook (chat platform, cloud provider, payment provider, AI provider) strictly for providing the service.
5) Retention
We retain operational and support data for as long as needed for service operation, compliance, and troubleshooting, and may periodically delete older logs.
6) Your choices
- You can cancel your subscription anytime (effective end of period).
- You can contact us via /support to request help or ask privacy-related questions.
